Behind the Bar: Ladislav Piljar

Ladislav Piljar, formerly Business Development Manager of the celebrated Bon-Vivant Group, talks to us about his experience of launching his own photography business, Piljar Photography.

When the pandemic struck and the true impact to the industry became clear, Ladislav started to explore other potential business ideas. Years of doing photography as a hobby coupled with a huge passion for and understanding of the industry was the winning formula.

Setting up a business focused on the hospitality industry at a time when most of his prospective customers were closed or operating on a limited basis has had its challenges but, as Ladislav explains, he wasn't going to give up on the industry he has been a part of for over 20 years.
