We talk to Anna Sebastian, Bar Manager of The Artesian, who has launched an exciting new initiative: Celebrate Her.
In this episode of our video series Behind the Bar, we catch up with Anna Sebastian about volunteering, her new initiative and how to best support staff on their return to work.
Sebastian has been volunteering with the homelessness charity Under One Sky and shares with Jen Baernreuther, Director at Speciality Drinks, why it is such an important cause and one particularly relevant for the hospitality industry.
Her new initiative, Celebrate Her, aims to champion gender equality in hospitality and the wider drinks industry in a meaningful way.
She also shares with us her thoughts on what businesses should be doing to support and create real value for their people as we look forward to re-opening the on-trade.
