    This event is restricted to drinks professionals only, including selected members of the on-trade, off-trade and Press. All applicants will be reviewed and may not be approved if they don’t meet the criteria for attendance, or if there is insufficient evidence that they are professionally involved with the drinks industry.

    Speciality Sessions is back in Bristol!

    Industry-leading category trainings that are designed to empower, educate, and energise the bartending community.  Speciality Sessions aims to turn the traditional cocktail competition on its head , placing priority on a deep understanding of the spirit. 

    This advanced category education session will be hosted at one of Bristol's top bars, The Milk Thistle, culminating in a quiz battle to find the category champion, and the winner of a trip to Austin, Texas, with Tito's Vodka.

    Who will emerge victorious as Bristol's top Vodka geek?

    Seats are limited and so places will be in hot demand.  We will be reviewing applications and approving seats on a first come first served basis.
